Try rebooting the kindle. To do this, press the power button on the bottom of the Kindle until the Kindle turns itself off, It will then reboot itself. This may take up to 15 minutes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you download the new software? (2 mos. or so) I was sent an email to do so. You will need to be online with your Kindle. I would imagine that update can be found on Amazon's website.
