Yes. There are several files that can be downloaded via the USB port to the kindle. https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GD33SHDKGA97VRQC I also use Calibre to help with converting certain documents to be easier to read on Kindle. Hope that helps.
