Yes! Kindle e-readers can display books in Urdu and other right-to-left languages (like Arabic). They support the fonts and characters needed to read these languages, as long as the file is in a supported format. Availability of Urdu titles in the official Kindle Store may vary, but you can also sideload your own ebooks or PDFs in Urdu onto the device

I would suggest checking Amazon's website to see if the books you're interested in are available to purchase, but as far as I can tell the language is supported and customers generally report things being displayed correctly.
