    • Answer No, you can’t download apps. This kindle is great for reading kindle books and listening to audiobooks through audible. I also send my advanced reader copy editions of books to this device with ease. There is a feature that allows you to see your Goodreads account but other than that, no there is not a place to download applications like the kindle fire. If you like the kindle fire 10 and the streaming features, you’re not going to be able to do that with this device.
