Yes! You’ll have to download the Libby app and connect your library card. Then when you borrow a book choose “read with kindle”, and it will bring you to a page where you can “claim” the library book on your Amazon account. After that, you have to go into your Amazon kids account, click “content”, and toggle that specific book to “on”. It’s then available on your kiddos colorsoft. It sounds like a lot of steps (and in a way it is), but once you get the hang of it, it’s no problem.
