• A:Answer Hi CCB, this is likely because the included Amazon Kids+ subscription is tied to the country/market where the device was purchased (U.S.), and some Kids+ options differ in Canada. If you want to remove it, go to your Amazon account under Memberships & Subscriptions (using the same account on the Kindle) and cancel Amazon Kids+ there. You can still use the Kindle without the subscription. Hope this helps!

• A:Answer Yes! You’ll have to download the Libby app and connect your library card. Then when you borrow a book choose “read with kindle”, and it will bring you to a page where you can “claim” the library book on your Amazon account. After that, you have to go into your Amazon kids account, click “content”, and toggle that specific book to “on”. It’s then available on your kiddos colorsoft. It sounds like a lot of steps (and in a way it is), but once you get the hang of it, it’s no problem.

• A:Answer Hi there! There are a multitude of covers out there that could be similar to ours but those specific designs are made for the Kindle Kids edition for now. Maybe in the future with new generations the older covers will become available as separate products. Have a great weekend!
