“I preordered the 32gig wifi version of this device October 24th, and it was supposed to be "released" October 31st. It still isn't shipping. Is there any information on when this thing will be available?”

Contact BestBuy directly or using the tracking information they gave you in your confirmation email to see what happened to this item. We pre-ordered it on 10-25 and received it on 10/31. Is it possible that it was delivered and someone removed from your mailbox? If you have not gotten an email with tracking information, contact the phone number on the order confirmation email and inquire with them that way. If they say it was shipped and delivered, let them know you never received it and they will have to re-ship. In that case I'd ask it to be shipped to your local store and pick it up there. Good Luck!
