• Hello Ron, the Kindle Paperwhite does come with a USB-C charging cable that can be plugged into any USB wall adapter. The wall adapter itself is not included. Have a great day!

• You need a USB port or a brick to be able to plug into the wall I use same brick as for my iPhone
