Game changer for my reading routine
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased a Kindle e-reader, and I must say, it has been an absolute game-changer for my reading experience. I am delighted to give it a well-deserved five-star review. First and foremost, the Kindle's display is simply outstanding. The high-resolution screen with its e-ink technology creates a reading experience that is remarkably close to reading a physical book. The text is crisp, clear, and easy on the eyes, allowing for hours of comfortable reading without any eye strain. The Kindle's compact and lightweight design is another aspect that impressed me. It's incredibly portable, fitting easily into my bag or even my pocket, which means I can take my entire library with me wherever I go. Whether I'm commuting, traveling, or simply lounging at home, my Kindle is always by my side, ready to transport me into a world of literary adventures. One of the standout features of the Kindle is its extensive library of e-books. The sheer variety and accessibility of titles available for download is astonishing. From bestsellers to classics, there is something for every reader's taste. The ability to browse and purchase books directly from the Kindle store is incredibly convenient, and the books are typically available for instant download, allowing me to dive into a new story within seconds. Another fantastic feature is the Kindle's battery life. It lasts for weeks on a single charge, which means I can enjoy uninterrupted reading without worrying about constantly recharging. This exceptional battery performance has truly exceeded my expectations. The Kindle's user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. Navigating through my library, adjusting font sizes, and highlighting passages for future reference are all incredibly easy tasks. The seamless synchronization across devices ensures that I never lose my place, no matter whether I'm reading on my Kindle device, smartphone, or tablet. Lastly, I must commend the Kindle's built-in dictionary and vocabulary builder. It allows me to instantly look up definitions of unfamiliar words while reading, expanding my knowledge and enhancing my reading comprehension. In conclusion, my Kindle e-reader has provided me with an exceptional reading experience. Its exceptional display, portability, extensive library, long battery life, intuitive interface, and valuable reading features have made it an invaluable companion in my literary journey. I wholeheartedly recommend the Kindle to all book lovers, as it truly offers a five-star reading experience.

Easy for travel
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It took awhile to get used (since I had always loved paperback options) but I’ve grown to love my kindle. Especially since the army moved me around so much, I could easily travel with my kindle. Easy to use and convenient. Payment method is simple.

I enjoy my kindle very much
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First kindle I have ever bought. It certainly makes reading more fun and informative, I can just long press on a word and quickly get the definition. The brightness and warm light settings are very beneficial when reading in different lighting. The battery lasts a long time. Adding books to the kindle is very easy and… inexpensive. Bought it on sale for like $110. I like my kindle very much, will read again.

I love my Kindle Paperwhite
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my kindle so so much! I bring it with me everywhere I go. I thought I wouldn’t like e-Reading, but I have grown to love it rather quickly. Highly recommend! The only thing I wasn’t too fond of at first that it’s in black and white, not color. If you can overlook that, you’re good to go!

Awesome new paper-white kindle!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the warm light for evening reading. Like the touch screen (my 10-yr old kindle didn’t have either of these) - Enjoying the slightly bigger display screen. Of course- adjustable text sizes are great. It was very easy to set up. Back to long battery life. What’s not to love about the new paper-white.

Best Kindle eReader
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best Kindle eReader out there, even better than my Kindle Oasis 2019. The screen of this Paperwhite 2021 is slightly larger at 6.8 compared to the previous 6" Paperwhite and smaller than the 7" of the Oasis. Yet, I felt that the Paperwhite 2021 is far superior in that it has a faster processor (page turns and responsiveness are really quick on this model). But the best feature yet is the Warm Light setting, and worth updating from the older Paperwhite or the Oasis 2017. The ease on the eyes are really noticeable and even the text is still very sharp and crisp. I was a little annoyed that this model does not have the wireless charging or a higher storage. For those features, you have to upgrade to the Signature edtion. Also, the rubber back is a fingerprint magnet. I placed a popsocket on the back for easier holding with one hand (I have small hands). Overall, this is the best Kindle eReader to date and now I'm considering getting rid of my Oasis.

Exceeds Expectations!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an excellent update to my 2018 Kindle Paperwhite. Pros: It has a larger screen than the previous generation. It uses USB-C to charge which means I can use the same cord for my iPad mini and this device. The warmth light feature is something I absolutely adore. I included a picture with the warmth turned all the way up on the new kindle at 15 percent brightness and my 2018 kindle at 15 percent brightness. It makes a huge difference to my reading enjoyment. But never fear you can turn it off if you hate it. The device speed is WAY snappier. This is my 3rd paperwhite and I was so disappointed that the 2018 model moved so slowly. While my computer and tablet are still way faster there is a notable increase in the speed at which my books open and the pages turn. This decreased the time it took to add my books to collections as well. Cons: it’s heavier and larger than the previous model. It’s not enough to be a deal breaker. In fact, I love the screen size, and it actually fits more comfortably in my hand. The on button is still at the bottom. While I rarely accidentally turn my kindle off due to the case I use, some users do find this really annoying. I still miss the text to speech feature that my original kindle had. I prefer reading over listening to books but sometimes when I have to be on the move or when I’m cooking it’s a nice feature to be able to turn on. But again, this feature has been missing on several generations of kindles now and I still love them. Also, it does not come with a wall adapter. It just has the cord. I have plenty of adapters but it is worth noting for those who do not. Overall, this is a huge upgrade from my 2018 paperwhite model. The speed increase alone makes it worth the upgrade. But the added ability to change the warmth and the USB-C charging capabilities are just icing on the cake. If you haven’t upgraded in awhile or even if you have recently picked up the previous model, this model is still worth the upgrade in my opinion.

Q: QuestionCan I download books from my local library on the paperwhite?
Asked by eddie.
- A:Answer Hello eddie! The Kindle Paperwhite is compatible with a number of different eBook formats and does work with a number of different library book services such as Libby. In most cases, you will be able to take out the digital copy of a book using your library's eBook service and then there would be a "Send to Kindle" option for it. At that point you would be able to send it to your Kindle for the allotted time that you have it taken out for. Your best course of action to take to ensure that your library offers that service is to consult your local library's librarian. They would be best able to tell you what you would need to do and if they have that service available. Thanks so much for your question and I hope you have a phenomenal day!
