    • Answer Hello eddie! The Kindle Paperwhite is compatible with a number of different eBook formats and does work with a number of different library book services such as Libby. In most cases, you will be able to take out the digital copy of a book using your library's eBook service and then there would be a "Send to Kindle" option for it. At that point you would be able to send it to your Kindle for the allotted time that you have it taken out for. Your best course of action to take to ensure that your library offers that service is to consult your local library's librarian. They would be best able to tell you what you would need to do and if they have that service available. Thanks so much for your question and I hope you have a phenomenal day!

  • QuestionWhat is this 'ADS" monthly charge? If it's required - and/or has a charge to remove it, I'm through with Kindle. (Previously owned two Kindles. Both died early deaths , frozen screen or deceased battery. Spent hours with Kindle service- no recovery.

    • Answer Hello, the ads are on the lock screen of the device. There is no monthly charge for them. If you want to remove them, there is a one time fee through your Amazon Account. I have never removed them from my devices. They only show up on the lock screen. Have a great day!

While normally I wouldn't suggest using the Kindle Paperwhite for reading online, I checked out the novel122 website and it loaded pretty reasonably on my Kindle Oasis. While the browser in the Paperwhite isn't the most fully featured aspect of the device, it looks like you would definitely be able to use it to access those books. You won't have access to the features you'd normally have in a Kindle book though, just something to keep in mind. I hope that helps, have a great rest of your day!

    • Answer Hi Marko! The Kindle Paperwhite has built in Bluetooth so you can absolutely use it to play audiobooks via a compatible speaker or earpiece. From looking online, it looks like you can also add non-Audible audio books by placing them in the Audible folder on the device it self, via USB connection.     • Answer Hello! You can set up Child Profiles on your Kindle to add parental controls. Here are steps to add a Child Profile to your Kindle: 1. From the Home screen, select the Menu icon. 2. Select Amazon FreeTime. 3. Select Add New Profile or Add Child Profile. 4. Enter your parental controls pin code, if needed, then the child’s name and birthday. 5.   • QuestionAfter you downloaded a book on a Kindle Paperwhite and you are finished reading it, is there a way to save it into different catagories? Example: fiction, non-fiction etc.

    • Answer You can create "Collections" on your Kindle which you could have as the different categories you mentioned. From the Home and Library Tool Bar tap on the three dots on the right side of the screen near the shopping cart and at the bottom of the drop down menu that appears should be a selection "Create a Collection".
