You get a personal email address, you sent the PDF file to that address and next time the Kindle is synch, the PDF document appears in your library

To transfer PDF files to your Kindle Scribe, you can use Send To Kindle from our Amazon website to transfer documents . No subscription required, but you will need your account credentials for your Kindle Scribe.
