In short yes, but you will need to update your BIOS first. If you don’t, your system may not boot up because it won’t recognize the processor. The BIOS version you need to have installed, for the board you mentioned, is 7A38vH7. Your best reference is MSI site. It will have a list of supported cpus and the firmware requirements as well.

I have mine in a gigabyte b450 Aorus m. I needed to do a bios update but works fine.

I have mine in an Asrock B450 m Pro-4 mobo. As long as the bios will support the 3rd gen chipset, it will work.
