How far in feet is this going to extend the wifi? null

I'm about 40 ft. and have a very strong signal. Router is in a closet.

It is rated for 150 feet plus. I am using it at 50 feet across an open room with full signal strength.

WIFI signals are susceptible to many variables therefore result will vary depending the environment, network conditions, and obstructions. There is no way to really calculate the exact range the device will provide.
