- Answer You can play with up to 4 players at once. It's kind of a strange system as you need to 'switch leader' but it makes sense after a bit of playing and is a nice addition to the game.

QuestionI have a standard switch console and 2 switch lite for my kids; will I need to get 3 copies of the game or can they all play with one copy? I recall that on the Nintendo DS you could have multiple player connected while only one had Mario Kart.

- Answer They can play with one copy, if they all want to play at the same time however they would only be able to do that on one console, if they played online they would each need a copy to play together that way.

- Answer 1. Yes, but locally you have to be on the same switch. 2. Sort of? if they have a Dream Address you can visit their island that way if they’re offline, otherwise they have to be online to invite you to their island.

- Answer Unfortunately this is only a 1-player game. It can only be a Multi play game if you have another friend that has a switch and the game. You will then be able to play together on the same network or online if you're not connected to the same WIFI.

- Answer After you open the shrink wrap, I believe you can’t return it. I’d call and ask them about it, but from my memory, on the receipt sticker that was on my switch games, it said something about not being able to return them if the shrink wrap was taken off.

- Answer Maybe for more simple things, like receiving points from talking to villagers, maybe decorating even. There are aspects of the game that involve gambling and trading which is probably above what a 3yo can do.

QuestionI just set up my Nintendo Switch - I bought animal crossing and the SD card is too big to slip into my console. It looks as tho it needs a micro - was I sent the wrong game card?

- Answer Unfortunately you will need a MicroSD storage card to be compatible with your Nintendo Switch. If you bought the bundle of a storage card and Switch from BestBuy and they made a mistake, I'm fairly sure they would exchange it for the proper card.

- Answer Yes! You can play with the online membership and visit other islands. You use the airport and shortly into the game (you will need to complete a few tasks first) you’ll be able to start flying or allow others onto your island! You can play local play which doesn’t require online but you must be near each other console to do this, or online play to play with others not close. You can also become friends with them in the game to send mail and gifts to them through online connection.

QuestionNintendo normally doesn’t allow refunds. That has been the only reason I have been hesitant about buying this fenomenal game. If I don’t like it will you accept refunds that are in accordance with your refund policy?

QuestionCan I create 2 island on 2 different profiles on the same switch? Meaning 1 personal island each for each profile, Or do I have to buy another switch to be able to have 2 islands?

- Answer It's one island per console. The first profile to play is the "mayor" and the other person is basically a resident. You do, unfortunately, need a second switch for a second island. Truly a baffling decision on Nintendo's part.

- Answer So at the moment, most Best Buy locations, if not all of them, are not letting customers in the store. However, they do have a new curbside option where you can order the product from the parking lot, choose pick up from store, and they will bring it to your car in about 10-30 min. Hope that helps!

- Answer They have digital code available for direct purchase from here (or the eshop on your Switch). Each are 59.99 right now. You will need a Nintendo Online subscription to visit your friends in-game. Hope this helps!

- Answer These guys do have a digital code you can buy. They will email you a code to enter in your eshop on your Switch. That’s how I bought mine. Or you can also buy it directly from the Nintendo eshop on your Switch. Hope this helps!
