“How do you get the on/off functionality to work? Double pressing the button does nothing.”

• Push the button once to turn off, again to turn on. You might not be pushing the button flush to where it is on the charger. Double click for On and Single click to turn Off, Mine works great!! If that doesn’t work perhaps it is defective? I’ve never known Best Buy not to back their products!

• Hold the power button until the lights come on. Also turn it off the same way.

• Push and hold the button on the battery to turn off charging with the battery still attached. Push the button again to resume charging.
