A:AnswerYes it works great on the Apple IPad. Do note the charger does not come with cords to charge your device only a cord to charge the battery pack itself. So you need to separately buy a cord that is usb on one end and has the iPad type charging point on the other. The standard cord you use to charge your iPad into a wall plug should work just fine. Not sure about the Samsung.
