• I had to use the actual switch charger to charge the power bank. Any other source didn't work for me.

• Yes you can. I actually use it quite often to charge my switch along with my Apple products. Which also use usb-c

• Yes! we recommend using 30w charger, anything above that will be fine, our product only excepts 30w and will charge just fine.
