Why can't I get it to work with my Samsung galaxy 7 null

Check the wall plug that you’re using. I had a similar issue with my device while using a 5 watt ac adapter, switched to a 10 watt and it resolved the issue.

You must use the same wall adapter you are required to use with your phone

I think its specifically for Apple/Q1 enabled devices.

I have this wireless charger and a GS7 and mine works. I have to slide the phone around a little to get it on the sweet spot sometimes but it works.
