- Answer Yes, of course. USB-C is regulating, so will always be able to do less than the maximum charge in line with the communication received from charging port on target device.

- Answer Not well. Can likely run it through normal plug adapter as it does has the corresponding block embedded, but better to get something that's native for both such as Minix's (or similar) offerings.
