Allow the Roav to unlock your device when connected. This is in your phone under Trusted Devices. Now, your phone will be unlocked when connected to the dongle. Concerned with security? No sweat. Unlocking is based on a Bluetooth connection to the dongle, which only happens when powered, which only happens when the car has power, which is based on you being in it with the keys. All of those conditions must be met. That should be sufficient to dispel any security concerts, unless you drive for a ride share service or with dishonest people in your vehicle.
