Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately, many including my first sample have this problem. In my opinion these are worth exchanging and sticking with it till you get a sample that works. Make it easier for yourself by buying at a store that has more than a few in stock, testing and exchanging them on site until you get a good one. Too bad quality control isn't better but once you get a working product you'll be pretty happy.
