Call Anker they would be more than willing to help, whats the worst that could happen they say no? Yeah but they probably will take care of you, since its a new product. Maybe ask best buy for a receipt to show Anker too.

Check to make sure they are powered off and keep in the charging case without the cable plugged into the charging case. Better to charge the case without the earbuds at times n the higher the volume the faster they discharge. I get like 3.5hrs to 4hrs before I need a quick charge. Hope this helps. Thanks

If you bought the warranty plan from Best buy, that is good for two years and you can just bring them to any Best buy store for an exchange. Otherwise, I would contact Anker for a replacement.
