• Check out ShortCircuit's video on YouTube. There are just a handful of screw to mount the Y-Axis. Other than that, you should be up and running in under an hour. (I think they say in under 30 minutes.)

• It's already assembled, you just have to put it together. In 10 minutes done

• Yes, it requires some assembly; however, it does come with all necessary tools needed. Be prepared to set aside 30-50 minutes to put together. Wasn't too difficult on my end.

• You have to attach the top to the bottom, and they make it very easy...if you follow the instructions. The packaging is part of the process. Very clever actually.
