ASA has to be in an enclosed printer, so you’d have to find or build an enclosure, and hope it’s tight enough to keep the heat in. It prints at slightly higher temperature than ABS (250c being the overlap point that both can reasonably print at). I’m willing to bet there’s someone on YouTube who’s figured out how to do it but it’s not recommended basically is what I’m saying. I’ve had no issues using a .04 printing it. It’s fairly toxic as well. You should ask yourself what properties you desire from your print. If it’s durability and UV resistance you’re looking for, PETG is superior to PLA in that regard.
