How long can it be set to run continuously? null

I made a bottom roast and it ran for 25 hours.

You can set hours and minutes and I have set it over 60 hrs

I don’t believe it has a time limit beyond what it’s computer can handle, however since my machine just melted I can’t reconvened using it, at minimum must have constant observation.
