• Yes you can; per the Anova Website: Change to fahrenheit or celsius • Press and hold the Current Temperature button for 3 seconds This the thermometer icon the top of the display

• You can choose Celsius or Farenheit.

• You can choose Fahrenheit or Celsius, there is no Kelvin scale model yet.

• Yes. Per Anova the unit will switch from F to C by pressing and holding the Play/Pause button for 3 seconds.
