• The max width of the bag you can use is around 11.5". The length of the bag can be just about as long as you want.

• Yes. I recommend buying the bag rolls so you can make them to whatever size you need.

• Yes. To a certain extent. We some times cut large pieces in two in order to stack them in the bag. We only use the anova bags which are quite large and sturdy. We also freeze multiple hamburger buns and many gluten free items that need to be safely apart from the regular foods. This is a very handy machine. Easy to use, and versatile. It never leaves our kitchen counter.
