• Yes, this unit will work on a mobile home. Use the included power supply. It makes a big difference. We pull 24 channels at 31 miles from towers and we have it on the table. It would pull more if we mounted it higher.

• Some antenna comes with range specification .. I believe Mohu - Leaf 30 should work (check TV specification first whether it comes with tuner or not )
