- Answer It depends on your location. I live up on a hill, no obstructions, halfway between Pittsburgh and Ohio, so I pick up stations from both locations. The good thing with Best Buy, you have 15 days to try it out, if it doesn't work, bring it back

- Answer Everything I needed to install this item were included in the box. I used all of them following the easy to use instructions. No tools were needed. I did have to search for channels again with my menu button on my TV remote following installation.That was quick. Within a few minutes of opening the box I was watching channels I did not know I could receive with a simple antenna.

QuestionLive Mobile HomeWill this antenna work in a mobile home? Tried one that was less expensive and it didn't work at all. The towers are about 15-20 miles away.

- Answer Yes, this unit will work on a mobile home. Use the included power supply. It makes a big difference. We pull 24 channels at 31 miles from towers and we have it on the table. It would pull more if we mounted it higher.

- Answer On most days, we can receive 37 UHF channels. However, weather can impact our reception. We cannot receive any VHF channels.

- Answer All TVs and devices that receive over the air signals need a receiver or tuner to process and decode the signal. They differ across makes and models so your bigger TV probably has a better built in tuner that can do a better job of deciding a weaker signal than the smaller TV.

QuestionAbility to get reception in the woodsI live in an area where DirecTV could not move our dish because they could not get a signal through the trees. I tried a similar product - the RCA Multidirectional Indoor HDTV Antenna - and could only get one channel (public broadcast). Has anyone had a similar issue and found that this antenna allows them to pull in local channels? The main broadcast towers are roughly 15 miles from my house, but I'm concerned that since we can't even get a satellite signal from DirecTV, getting any local signals will be impossible.

QuestionReception, and clarity of this antenna.I live in apartments in New Bern NC. Zip 28562- would like to pick up channels 8 and fox for sports coming soon. Will this antenna work if the towers maybe located in Greeville NC. 8-is CBS, my favorite of all channels, fox is for football season starting.

- Answer I don't live in a nice big of a city as you do I don't think I living in the city too and I get very good reception where I'm at and there is if you houses on the block so I hope this helps I think you'll do just fine I hope this helps you make a good decision

- Answer Our Clearstream Eclipse may be a better choice for your camper as it will "stick" to the window using our patented "sure grip" technology. No residue and easily re-charged for stickiness. That said it's all going to boil down to location. If you are camping remotely you would likely need a stronger antenna such as our Clearstream 4-V.
