However, it took about a week for them to send me the steelboook in the mail which was well worth the wait. Also, you could choose the store pickup option for the steelbook and that may or may not be faster. Check your options using the app

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had pre-ordered the game about a month before release. I received both the case and the game on February 22, 2019 delivered to my house. I would call Best Buy customer service to get an update on your order if you haven't received both.
