Do I need a antop for each TV and can I get netflex null

I can't answer about the number of TV's. Netflex shows up when you turn on the ANTOP, but I also get it on my DishTv, I just don't subscribe to it.

This is an antenna. It has nothing to do with streaming services and apps like Netflix.

yes you will need one for each TV, not sure about Nexflex.

Yes you will need one for each tv and it only picks up local Air tv signals. You need internet service and a smart tv or internet with a Roku or fire stick or google to get things like prime, Netflix, Hulu, sling and such channels like that.
