Not unless you buy a separate tuner, which can be had for under $30 on the internet or you can get a TIVO Edge for Antenna, they are awesome, have a DVR and also all the apps that Roku does, plus a great TV channel list for 2 weeks in advance just like cable.. It’s really pretty much the same as cable, but over the air. The bad is it costs more than the cheap boxes.
