• As long as there's nothing unusual about the broadcast. In Boston there are Spanish language channels which come in as well as English language ones.

• I would contact the channels and ask them where their transmitters are located for your area. If in theory, you should be able to pick up the channels, then, use this link to ensure your antenna is pointing towards the transmitters. https://www.fcc.gov/media/engineering/dtvmaps. If it doesn't work take it back to Best Buy.
