Yes, The DTV box does the tuning/output you just hook the hdmi from the box to the monitor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. You can supply video input from multiple sources at the same time. Just cable both sources up via one of the supported ports, found here and in the manual at the bottom of the page (http://us.aoc.com/product_feature.php?id=84), and then go into the monitors menu and select PIP settings where you can do the following: 1) toggle back and forth between the video sources for full screen viewing of one 2) select PIP and select the input sources (hdmi1, hdmi2, dp1, dp2, vga) for both the main display and the PIP. PIP can be positioned and sized along with being swapped. You can also control the audio source. 3] select PbP so the left half is from one input source and the right half is from another input source. 4) cable up 4 inputs and select where on the screen you want each input to be shown as a standard 1080p display. You can also utilize Directv or dish's own applications and then run then in a window on you desktop anywhere you want for complete versatility. If you do this, I highly recommend screen+ which is also found at the bottom of the page with the AOC manual http://us.aoc.com/product_feature.php?id=84
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can, but its not full screen, its a quarter of the monitor for each input, and its in the middle, looks a little weird and takes some getting used to (alot of unused real estate), also cant move or resize the screens. But you can hook up 4 devices as once and use all 4 at once
