• Not directly, but USB C is highly compatible: You only need a USB-C to DisplayPort adapter (capable of 4k) and you should be able to connect a USB-C laptop to this display. See link: https://www.amazon.com/Cable-Matters-DisplayPort-Supporting-Thunderbolt/dp/B01J6DT070

• No, it only has regular USB. You'll need a converter.
