The monitor has nothing to do with your performance in game. Also I wouldn't be able to tell what your performance would be since I don't know the graphics card or the exact processor your computer has. yeah, it runs at 75hz and usually streaming is 60hz.

It would work fine as a monitor but your computer would be struggling to record as well as play those AAA games.
