• Yes. The Dell I5 2 in 1 (Tablet/PC) is Windows 10 and works great with it. Monitor cable can run from two USB jacks if needed for enough power but one working fine. If two were needed, that would be a pain since this laptop only has one USB per side and the second cord would not be long enough so a USB extension would be needed. Fortunately the single USB in my case was fine. Unless using with a PC with a very low power USB, you should be fine. Been really pleased with this. Very convenient.

• It absolutely works on any gen windows, it runs on USB 2 as well.

• Yes it does work with Windows 10, but be aware of the difference in the resolution between the main screen and this screen.
