“I lost the USB cord that was provided with the monitor. I purchased a new cord off Amazon and also stopped in a Best Buy store. Both did not work. Customer service at AOC was not helpful. How do I go about getting a new correct cord for this monitor?”

I have the same problem! After trying several USB to USB from Amazon, I took the AOC monitor to a Best Buy store and the guy that helped me tried several cables he thoDavidught should work and plugged them into two different laptops. No luck. he said my monitor must be bad, so I bought a new monitor. By the time I got home, I realized I should just try the cable from the new one. It worked, as I suspected. I am searching for another cable so I can return the machine. Anyone??

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This monitor requires USB 3.0. Also, it may need the Y cable when used with a laptop because it needs more power than a single USB port can supply. So you may need to use 2 USB ports from the laptop. Try it with a tower or desktop PC to see if it is a power issue.
