• Yes. Using the USB-C cables I was able to connect two external monitors, including this one.

• Its not the screen that limits the number you can use at one time. It is your laptop's video card and the ports you have available. I have a Microsoft surface with a dock that has two of these monitors connected. For ease of setup, I would suggest the same for you :)
