- Answer Yes. In fact I tried a 10 foot uSB 3.1 cable that worked fine without any picture degradation

- Answer Yes. Using the USB-C cables I was able to connect two external monitors, including this one.

QuestionCan I use this monitor with HP ProBook 450 G3 laptop PC? My laptop doesn't have an USB-C port but has 2 of each USB-A 2.0 and 3.0 ports and a HDMI port. Can I use an adapter to connect this monitor and a USB-A port of my laptop? Please advise me. Thanks.

- Answer No, this monitor only comes with the one USB-C cable. Powers through the USB-C connection.

QuestionI purchased the iC160C portable monitor and I need to download some kind of driver or software to make it work. Where is the download link at aoc.com?? The instructions say to download the I-menu. No I-menu online. I don't have a CD drive on my laptop.

- Answer Agreed - ask very specific questions - this is not compatible with Windows 10 system. Spent 41 minutes with AOC customer service, downloaded drivers etc.,. to determine it does not work. Then support staff stated "yeah we have been having problems with people who have Windows 10 systems, the AOC software driver is NOT compatible". There is no fix. I was very upset. Now have to return to BestBuy.
