Agreed - ask very specific questions - this is not compatible with Windows 10 system. Spent 41 minutes with AOC customer service, downloaded drivers etc.,. to determine it does not work. Then support staff stated "yeah we have been having problems with people who have Windows 10 systems, the AOC software driver is NOT compatible". There is no fix. I was very upset. Now have to return to BestBuy.

The box ships with a CD that includes the manual, i-Menu, driver, etc. They're also available online: https://us.aoc.com/en/monitors/i1601c/support Found it by searching on the internet for the website. However, the driver in the CD and website does not work for I1601C, it's for I1601FWUX. I couldn't get auto-pivot to work. Did you get your problem resolved? What was the solution?
