“Can I use this monitor with HP ProBook 450 G3 laptop PC? My laptop doesn't have an USB-C port but has 2 of each USB-A 2.0 and 3.0 ports and a HDMI port. Can I use an adapter to connect this monitor and a USB-A port of my laptop? Please advise me. Thanks.”

No, this monitor only comes with the one USB-C cable. Powers through the USB-C connection.
