• Not sure about an app, but there is software you can install on a pc to monitor the device while it is connected.

• I am not sure, The system didnt come with a CD I had to download it of their website and they said the Power Chute personal edition.

• Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately this unit does not have an application that will send out an alert when there is a power outtage.
