Yes the battery is replaceable. Part # is listed on the battery cover.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. When you go to use it for the first time the instructions tell you to open the battery cover and connect the wires. You can see that the battery unit can come right out for replacement. I do not know how long these batteries typically last or how much they cost to replace. You should be able to look up the cost of a replacement battery by searching its part number on the Internet. My first of three APC units has been working quietly and efficiently for several years now and is still on its first battery.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The simple answer is yes. However, I have owed a few of these or a similar model over the years and I can always find a deal on a new one that is less expensive than purchasing a replacement battery.

Please try again later.I assume it does as you have to hook the post up once you receive it, Have not had it long enough to test that theory but most I have seen over the years the Batteries or Battery can be replaced. Whether the Replacement Battery would be available that is the 6 million dollar question at time of need
