• Check your power supply. Should be near the voltage/frequency rating on the label.

• The power that the computer draws is basically the capacity of the power supply of the computer. It is not always visible from the outside, but where the power cord plugs into the computer is where the power supply (basically a metal box with a fan and a female receptacle for the power cord) is installed inside the computer. If you open up the computer, the wattage will be listed on the power supply unit.
