“When I lose power, is the switch-over to the UPS instantaneous? My power often flickers, i.e. goes out for less than a second, but this is sufficient to cause my router and cable TV box to reboot. Will the UPS prevent this?”

The UPS will switch instantly between power-lose of power-power and anything plugged into it will not lose power. The only caveat to the items plugged in to the UPS exceed its power ratings.

I lived in a very old hose which is very cold in the winter, we have to use external heaters ,and when two or more heaters are on the light trip/ or goes off . But sine i bought this UPS it keeps both my computer and TV on .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes this UPC will prevent these minor power glitches. Please bear in mind this UPC is only god for about 15 Minutes. If the power goes out this give you ample time to shut down critical equipment such as PC, PV, etc.
