Yes APC uses Power Chute. It ia discontinued it uses the chute power Shutdown . Go to the APC .com and go to downloads and use your AI. I could have never done it with out AI Use the downloads Look for the new version of chut power Shutdown Use Your Ai It can give you the spacific program to down load. You won't have ant problems . the new chute is not as graphic as the old chute but the new is less involved as it is digitally signed !!
