The battery will last for years, and if you need to replace it, it's easy to replace with no tools needed, and replacement batteries are easily found at battery or electronics stores.

• This recharges automatically, since it's always connected to the utilities power outlet the only time battery is used when either the voltage drops or there is no power coming in from the utility company

• A unit comes fully charged. When you connect the battery to the unit & plug it in it keeps charging continuously (trickle charge).

• Thank you for your interest in our product. To recharge the battery you would just need to connect it to your power outlet. Once it is provided power it will start to charge the battery.
