• I would say no More than 2.5 hours. Having a cpap machine myself it would surely pull the battery power by then.

• Thank you for your interest in our products. It would really depend on much power the device draws. If it is around 50 watts you would get around 1 hour and 44 minutes of runtime. If the power draw is higher then the runtime will be lower.
