You'll probably be a little short of that 1000 PSU as this only supplies 900 watts. That said, I think that PSU is too much for your rig (you probably max out around 800 unless you've got some serious overclocking going on). You'd probably get 10-15 minutes of run time. Remember, the UPS isnt to run your machine... It's to allow for a safe shutdown in case of power outage so you don't damage your stuff.

The runtime would really depend on what you are doing on the PC. If you are running a high graphic intensity game you power draw could be around around 300 watts which would put the runtime at 19 minutes. However if you were just browsing the Internet the runtime would be higher since the PC would be using less power.
